    I do know that capital alone will not support banking operations. There will be a need for money market funding, deposits, forex operations and correspondent banks. A failure in any one of these divisions could set up a domino effect. Every single banking startup will need regulatory review to protect depositors and investment analysis. A venture fund's support is not enough.
